Judith Valdes is currently the Training Coordinator of the Parenting for Lifelong Health – Philippines (PLH-PH). She is a licensed elementary school teacher in the Philippines and a Family Life and Child Development specialist. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of the Philippines, Diliman with a bachelor’s degree in Family Life and Child Development. Her professional interests include: positive and playful parenting, conscious and mindful parenting, and early childhood education and development.
