Irene Uwerikowe has a bachelors degree in Mathematics , a masters degree in mathematics and another masters degree in Mathematical Sciences. She also has a post graduate diploma in education. Irene is currently a PhD fellow of Quantum Leap Africa- African Institute for Mathematical Sciences (AIMS) Rwanda.
