Co-Investigator, University of Cape Town

Carly Katzef is currently a Co-Investigator on the Supporting Wellness Through Integrated Family Training (SWIFT) study, within the University of Cape Town’s (UCT) Safety and Violence Initiative. She is a Public Mental Health PhD candidate with an Honours qualification in Psychology, and an MPhil in Public Policy at UCT. She previously worked with families in conflict in the psycho-legal space and as a research assistant on a Parenting for Lifelong Health project. She has a research and professional interest in the implementation and evaluation of social policies, particularly in providing support for children and families. She is also an alumnus of the Canon Collins Trust.
