Members of the Global Parenting Initiative (GPI) attended the first-ever Global ministerial conference on ending violence against children, held in Bogotá, Colombia, on November 7-8, 2024. The conference brought together global leaders, policymakers, and advocates to accelerate action toward creating a safer world for children.
Participation in such events is vital for fostering collaboration, sharing innovative solutions, and strengthening global commitments to ending violence against children. The GPI team highlighted the importance of scalable parenting interventions in promoting positive caregiving practices and mental well-being across diverse communities.
