Laetitia Christine plays a pivotal role within INNODEMS, leading the creation and distribution of digital research interventions while also providing guidance for the organization's social and global development projects in data, agriculture, and education. Beyond her adept project management, Laetitia is deeply involved in training diverse Eastern African groups in integrative research techniques, showcasing her dedication to empowering communities through knowledge sharing.

Central to INNODEMS, Laetitia’s role encompasses both spearheading digital research interventions and providing leadership for social and international development efforts in data, agriculture, and education. Her impactful contributions extend to training diverse Eastern African groups in integrative research, underlining her commitment to bridging the gap between research and practical empowerment within communities.

In the GPI, Laetitia provides technical implementation and coordination support, bridging the gap between Innovate development teams and implementation partners. She specializes in cultivating collaboration, overseeing successful technical integrations, resolving challenges, and fine-tuning development and implementation processes. Currently, Laetitia provides technical implementation inputs for ParentApp for Teens Tanzania, Parenting for Respectability Uganda, Parenting for Street families (Malezi Bora) Kenya, and FacilitatorApp Zambia.
