Beyond her adept project management, Laetitia is deeply involved in training diverse Eastern African groups in integrative research techniques, showcasing her dedication to empowering communities through knowledge sharing.

In the GPI, Laetitia provides technical implementation and coordination support, bridging the gap between Innovate development teams and implementation partners. She specializes in cultivating collaboration, overseeing successful technical integrations, resolving challenges, and fine-tuning development and implementation processes. Currently, Laetitia provides technical implementation inputs for ParentApp for Teens Tanzania, Parenting for Respectability Uganda, Parenting for Street families (Malezi Bora) Kenya, and FacilitatorApp Zambia.
