GPI Principal Investigator Dr Amanda Sim receives $1.2 million grant from LEGO Foundation to promote positive parenting on Thai-Myanmar border
GPI Member Dr Amanda Sim, Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioural Neurosciences and core faculty of the Global Health Program at McMaster University, has received a $1.2 million grant from the LEGO Foundation to develop strategies to prevent child maltreatment and encourage positive parenting in families displaced by the conflict at the Thai-Myanmar border.
